At Leadership Now, we believe leadership isn’t defined by a title or position. Rather, we acknowledge that it is a skill anyone can cultivate. Whether at school, on a team, or in everyday life, each of us has the ability to influence, inspire, and create change.
Our programs go beyond simply learning about leadership. They nurture self-awareness, respect, and communication skills — and most importantly, provide the tools and experiences to put those qualities into action.
Our Courses
Leadership Now
Explore the foundations of leadership through modules on teamwork, emotional intelligence, decision-making, values, and power and influence. Designed for youth, this program develops leadership skills that create meaningful impact at school, on sports teams, and in everyday life. Coaches — including teachers, parents, and mentors — can also enroll in the program to guide students, review their progress, and support the practical application of leadership concepts.
Youth Leadership and Climate Action
Learn how leadership and climate action go hand in hand. Through modules on leadership, climate science, and action-based learning, youth gain the knowledge, values, and skills to take meaningful action and contribute to sustainable solutions. The program encourages discussion, collaboration, and reflection, empowering participants to lead initiatives and inspire positive change in their communities and beyond.
